"Happy Birthday! I wish you a long life". It is a sweet prayer that people usually hear when they are having a birthday. It appears that everyone wants to get a long life. Who doesn’t want to live long? Normal human certainly hopes to live in the world as long as possible. Of course, it is accompanied not only by a healthy body and but also a happy soul. The age, God decides. We as humans can only try to provide the best throughout our lives. An orderly lifestyle is a key to get a long life. In general, there are three causes that can be the reason for someone to get a long life.
The first cause that can be the reason to get a long life is a good dietary habit. Many health scientists have found that our dietary habit influences our life expectancy. In addition to a regular diet, the type of food that we eat affects our body. Reducing fat consumption and eating lots of vegetables and fruits make our body healthier. People who choose not to consume alcohol excessively and not to consume cigarettes reduce the possibility of deadly diseases such as cancer, hypertension and so on. It is mean that what we consume affects our life expectancy.
The second cause is regular exercise. Do body exercise is an important way that can help us to get a long life. The easy body exercise or the hard body exercise, we can choose according to our ability. The easy body exercise like jogging is the simple exercise which gives a lot of benefits for our body. The hard exercise like gym making muscles more strong. Whatever the exercise that we choose is not a problem, but commitment to do the exercise regularly is the most important.
The third cause is stress management. An extreme amount of stress can affect our expectancy. Stress can cause a variety of serious diseases. We always encounter many problems in our life. We need to be patient and be able to control our mind. People who good in stress management get a high expectancy of life and get a happier life.
Life is a blessing to be grateful for. Longevity is everyone’s hope. A good dietary habit, do the body exercise and stress management are the keys to get a long life. These three keys that we can strive for as a human. Hope we are all of a long life!
